Side Table PINS Gold and Black by La Récréation for Marioni

The Pins side table was designed by La Récréation for Marioni and manufactured in Italy.

The table features a brass structure and a glazed ceramic base that contrasts with the glass top. This side table fits perfectly in any setting. 

Back-painted glass top. Metal finish Brushed brass and Craquelet Celadon transparent glaze.

The golden spheres of the PINS collection are crafted from ceramic and embellished with an M1 Ray Gold finish: gold brushed onto a glazed and dripped ceramic surface, featuring an irregular background.

When the ceramic, brushed gold is fired, the heat causes the crystalline beneath the gold to expand, generating the "stripes" that are characteristic of this finish. This effect should be regarded as a typical feature of handcrafted work, rather than that of a mass-produced one.
